On day 11, I called to demand a shipping refund because these glasses were STILL 6 days out on delivery, meaning I would be without them for weeks after paying for expedited service. It felt like they didn't give a crap about their customers. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage in a conversation with customer service because their service and delivery promises were completely misleading and unacceptable.
