Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning to others. I've ordered from them before without issues, but this third time was a disaster that left me feeling scammed. When their site claimed “eligible for next day delivery,” I paid the $19.95 fee, expecting just that. Instead, hours later, I got an email saying my order would take “3 business days.” This is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers, a fraud ripping us off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I felt compelled to leave this review and try to resolve this directly with customer service because they clearly failed to deliver on their promise.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and your email says it will take three business days. I want a refund for the $19.95 delivery fee immediately. CS Rep: I understand you're concerned about your delivery timeframe. I can see your order was placed on February 18th, and the system indicates it's in process. Customer: In process for three business days, not “next day.” That's not what I paid for. I need that fee refunded, as the service wasn't provided. CS Rep: I apologize for the confusion regarding the delivery. I will submit a request to our billing department to review the next-day delivery charge for your order. They will assess the situation and get back to you. Customer: "Review"? "Get back to me"? I paid for a service you didn't provide. I expect an immediate refund, not another delay. This is exactly why I feel like I'm dealing with an automated system.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap and to highlight their horrible customer service.
