Screaming Into a Void: My Customer Service Nightmare with GlassesUSA 😡


I'm writing this to warn anyone considering buying from GlassesUSA. My terrible online shopping experience has taught me a hard lesson. I had a serious issue with my order, and trying to get it resolved felt like screaming into a void. My final conclusion is this: Shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get In touch with someone… They are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. This feeling of being scammed and having no way to get help is what compelled me to leave a bad review and try one last time to contact them.

Customer: I need to file a complaint. The last representative I spoke to was incredibly rude and hung up on me before my issue was resolved. This is completely unacceptable.

Customer: It’s #12345678. Honestly, I don't expect much. It feels like there’s no way to get real help here. Your company just takes money and then makes it impossible to fix mistakes.

CS Rep: I understand your frustration completely, and I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you've faced. I see the notes on your order regarding the lens issue. I am processing a complimentary remake for you right now and have emailed you a prepaid return label.

Customer: A remake? So I don't have to argue about it anymore? Are you sure it will be done correctly this time?
