I'm writing this as a caution to anyone who needs glasses by a specific date. My terrible online shopping experience began when I ordered a pair for an upcoming trip, trusting the company’s advertised timeline. That trip has come and gone, and I still have no glasses. After getting nowhere with their automated systems, I felt forced to share my direct feelings in a review: "Frustrating is the word to describe this company - dishonest would be another. They claim 6 days to produce the glasses - has anyone really had them make good on this ? Their customer service bot is worthless and I doubt there is any HUMAN reps. I ordered for a trip thinking no problem it will take a few weeks - that has come and gone and no date in sight. Pretty disappointed that they mislead on how long it actually takes probably shipped from China." The complete inability to speak to a person is why I kept trying to get through to customer service.
