CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this frustrating delay. Can you please provide me with your order number so I can look into this for you immediately?

Customer: The number is [order number]. I already called once and got the shipping fee back, but that doesn't fix the fact that I still can't see properly. This is unacceptable.
