I keep getting emails about delays and when I spoke to someone earlier, they were no help at all. What is going on? CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the delay and the lack of resolution from your previous contact. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Could you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you right away? Customer: It's order number 123456789. I just need my glasses. This is ridiculous, almost three weeks late. What can you do to fix this? CS Rep: Thank you for the order number. I see your order is still in processing. This is clearly unacceptable. As an immediate apology, I can offer you a full refund for the shipping cost, and I will personally escalate your order to be prioritized for immediate completion and shipment. You will receive a tracking update within 24 hours. Customer: A refund on shipping is fine, but I need assurance it will actually ship. I've been told things before. Can you guarantee this time? CS Rep: I understand your skepticism, and I assure you I am placing a high-priority flag on this. I will also follow up directly with the production team and email you personally with an update tomorrow morning.
